Location: RPD Northwest Branch
Games: Resident Evil 2 Prototype (aka Resident Evil 1.5)

The Northwest Branch is a newer and more modern structure than the central office. It is a smaller office but is also home to STARS Bravo Team. It, like the RPD Central Branch, was also used for evacuations but the rescue helicopter crashed.

Development Log 1
I created a rough model containing all the rooms with barely any detail at all. I based it off of BlackCrow's maps and various movies and screenshots of the RPD from the prototype game.
